I snapped this shot just a couple of hours ago! There he was, perched on the fence in our backyard. Good thing my dog didn’t see him (he was upstairs snoring).
For Super Bowl Sunday, we piled leftover pork mole onto some tortilla chips, added some cheese, green onions, black beans, salsa and sour cream and – BAM- we had nachos! Big Roo thought it was fun that we sat up a table in the living room and ate in front of the TV. Good times.
