I’m Melissa. Most people call me Mel. I’m a mama to two boys and a lover of all things outdoors. I'm a marketer who hearts good grammar. I also love Twitter, my Mac and all things techy.
This is Daddy Roo. We met in 1995, got married in 2000 and had Big Roo seven years later. Yeah, we like to take our time. Daddy Roo plays soccer, loves cooking more than I do and takes sarcasm to a level few people can. He’s awesome.
Big Roo is our 4-year-old ball of energy. He’s all boy except for the pink bear he carries around. I embrace the contradiction. He’s already a fan of hiking and camping.
The youngest of the Roo family. He loves eating kiwis, chasing his brother and swinging in our backyard. He also loves attacking his brother with a squeal of laughter.

Aww this is such a cute photo and I love the title. It’s so cute when kids just fall asleep half way through an activity – I feel like that at work some days!

That’s great! I have some great shots of Sweetness crashed out surrounded with books, a music box and her Fisher Price airplane. I was surprised there was even room for her. These are great memories to keep.

I would say that everyone wins in this situation LOL! He gets a good rest, and you get a little break! I love how kids can just go go go and then crash like that. Too cute! I hope you are having a great week!

Coolest wordless Wednesday post EVER!!!!! Wish the Roos & my guys could play together sometime. What a ball that would be (and potential disaster for us, but I’m sure we could still manage to have a good time)

LOL..that is such a great picture. That really captures the moment. It is hard to tell who one. One of the cars is flipped over, the bunny looks a little frazzled and your son is out for the count. I would actually have to say that you won because he has worn himself out.

It seems obvious the matchbox cars won – I mean, they’re still alert and in their original form. Not like that bunny – he obviously lost.
