Our favorite photographer captured these shots of us… both before Little Roo was born and after. I’m in love with these pics! I had a hard time narrowing them down to just these and even so, it’s a lot of pictures!

I’m Melissa. Most people call me Mel. I’m a mama to two boys and a lover of all things outdoors. I'm a marketer who hearts good grammar. I also love Twitter, my Mac and all things techy.
This is Daddy Roo. We met in 1995, got married in 2000 and had Big Roo seven years later. Yeah, we like to take our time. Daddy Roo plays soccer, loves cooking more than I do and takes sarcasm to a level few people can. He’s awesome.
Big Roo is our 4-year-old ball of energy. He’s all boy except for the pink bear he carries around. I embrace the contradiction. He’s already a fan of hiking and camping.
The youngest of the Roo family. He loves eating kiwis, chasing his brother and swinging in our backyard. He also loves attacking his brother with a squeal of laughter.
