Ethan Reese Culbertson entered this world on February 23 at 7:57 am… which is big brother Noah’s (Big Roo) third birthday! At 38 weeks along, he weighed in at 6 lbs. 9 oz and was 20 inches long. For Super Bowl Sunday, we piled leftover pork mole onto some tortilla chips, added some cheese, green onions, black beans, salsa and sour cream and – BAM- we had nachos! Big Roo thought it was fun that we sat up a table in the living room and ate in front of the TV. Good times.
