I’m running out of time so I’ll keep this short! Every year, I design a Christmas card. Here’s what I did this year (and some outtakes of pics that didn’t make the cut)– the card has got to be one of my favorites! Thanks to Daddy Roo for coming up with the theme.

I’m Melissa. Most people call me Mel. I’m a mama to two boys and a lover of all things outdoors. I'm a marketer who hearts good grammar. I also love Twitter, my Mac and all things techy.
This is Daddy Roo. We met in 1995, got married in 2000 and had Big Roo seven years later. Yeah, we like to take our time. Daddy Roo plays soccer, loves cooking more than I do and takes sarcasm to a level few people can. He’s awesome.
Big Roo is our 4-year-old ball of energy. He’s all boy except for the pink bear he carries around. I embrace the contradiction. He’s already a fan of hiking and camping.
The youngest of the Roo family. He loves eating kiwis, chasing his brother and swinging in our backyard. He also loves attacking his brother with a squeal of laughter.

Hah! That’s a great card! I did something similar on one of the calendar pages – one pic of my son being silly, next to one of him holding his “lightsaber” and looking all serious.
